-Descendent of wild cabbage originally from Asia Minor
-1 cup provides 180% daily intake vitamin A, 200% daily intake vitamin C and 1000% daily intake of vitamin K.
-Sooo many antioxidants (carotenoids and flavonoids)!
-Crunchy and delicious!
-6-8 leaves of kale
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1/2- 1 tsp sea salt
1)Pull the leafy part of the kale off of the stem.
2)Massage kale in a bowl with the olive oil and sea salt.
3)Transfer to a teflex lined dehydrator sheet or a parchment lined cookie sheet
4) If in the dehydrator dehydrate at 125 for 3 hours. If in the oven bake at 200 for 1-2 hours.
5) Enjoy this crispy treat. Store them in the fridge!
